vient d’être décerné au créateur Londonnien Gareth Pugh qui remporte le prix de 150 000€ pour lui permettre d’organiser son premier défilé à Paris et de développer sa marque.
Une soirée de remise de Prix sera organisée le 3 Octobre 2008 pendant la semaine de la Mode Parisienne en présence de Gareth Pugh.
The British fashion designer Gareth Pugh was today announced as the winner of the prestigious ANDAM Fashion Award that is supported by influential partners of the French and international fashion scene:
- Beams
- The Pierre Bergé and Yves Saint Laurent Foundation
- Galeries Lafayette
- Longchamp
- L’Oréal Professionnel
-The LVMH Group
- Swarovski
- Yves Saint Laurent (Gucci Group)
and ANDAM’s historical partners, the DEFI (Ministry of Industry) and the Ministry of Culture.
Pugh will receive a unique endowment of 150,000 euros (the largest international fashion prize) that will enable him to develop his label and to organize for the first time a fashion show in Paris. The official prize-giving will take place celebrated on the 3th of October 2008 during the Paris Fashion Week, with ANDAM, their partners and Gareth Pugh and his entourage.
